  • Notice Of Special Assessment

    Published: November 26, 2024

    The Board of Directors, in an open meeting, reviewed all estimated budget expenses for 2025 and voted to levy a special assessment in the amount of $400.00 per home for the improvement of common area and trimming of trees.
