Grill Policy Update

This notice is to inform all residents that, effective immediately, only electric grills are permitted for use on the property. The use of gas grills, charcoal grills, or any other ignition-based grills is strictly prohibited.

Residents found using a gas or ignition grill will be subject to fines and/or violations in accordance with the Association's policies for non-compliance. This action is being taken to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents, as well as to comply with fire safety regulations.
