On November 20, 2024, the Board of Directors, in an open meeting, reviewed all estimated budget expenses for 2025 and voted to levy a special assessment in the amount of $400.00 per home for the improvement of common area and trimming of trees. The one-time Special Assessment was approved effective January 1, 2025 and due by April 30, 2025.
The Board of Directors has approved a special Assessment of $400.00 per home, effective January 1, 2025 and due on or before April 30, 2025.
Article 8, ASSESSMENTS. Section 9.1 (c) Special Assessments by Association. In addition to Monthly Assessments contemplated by Section 8.1(a) and Section 8.1(b) of the Declaration, the Association shall possess the right, power, authority and obligation to establish Special Assessments from time to time as may be necessary or appropriate in the judgment of the Association to pay non-recurring Common Expenses relating to the proper maintenance, care, alteration, improvement, replacement, operation and management of the Condominium and the administration of the Association.
